If your company received a job application through AlphaCV, this page explains why, where your contact details came from, and how to pause or stop applications at any time.

Why you received an email

AlphaCV is a tool that job seekers use to send their own applications. Each email was written for your company, approved by the job seeker, and sent from the job seeker's own email address, during UAE working hours. Replies go straight to them, not to AlphaCV. Each job seeker can contact your company only once, and we limit how many applications any company receives in a day.

Where your details came from

We keep a list of UAE companies with the contact addresses they publish for business or job enquiries (for example on their website or in business directories), with their industry and emirate. We prefer recruitment addresses such as careers@ or hr@. Job seekers never see your email address in AlphaCV; it is used only to deliver applications.

Pause or stop applications

• Not hiring now? Use the "Pause for 3 months" link at the bottom of any AlphaCV application.
• Prefer not to receive applications? Use the "Remove my business" link at the bottom of any application.
• Both take effect immediately, including for emails already scheduled.
• You can also email [Business contact email] to change your details, use a different address, or ask what we hold about your company.

Personal data

If a contact address identifies a person (for example a named HR manager), that person can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete it, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We never sell company or contact information.
